Mays Monthly Motivation
1st May – Reflect: Reflect over your last month, reflect over your highlights and triumphs but also acknowledge where you may have room for improvement and what didn’t go so well.
2nd May – Journal: Document your day, your thoughts, feelings and experiences.
3rd May – Action: Start taking action based of your reflections, list your step by step actions for obtaining this months goals.
4th May – Declutter: Spend 15 minutes decluttering an area in your home that you have been avoiding.
5th May – Walk: Get your steps in, take a lunch break today and go and explore the outdoors.
6th May – Write: Take 10 minutes out to practise your creative writing, it can help with distressing.
7th May – Environmental: Find one thing you can do that’s environmentally friendly, example, litter picking, buying sustainable and reusable bottles.
8th May – Kindness: Carry out an act of kindness.
9th May – Write: Spend another 10 minutes elaborating on the creative writing piece you started 2 days ago.
10th May – Gratitude: Write a list detailing everything you have to be thankful for, this list should be reflected on every-time you find yourself questioning your current lifes circumstances.
11th May – Clean: Spend 20 minutes cleaning an area in your home you usually avoid.
12th May – Read: Try reading a new book and implement something new you have learned from it.
13th May – Socialise: Get out of your house, meet up with friends and family and socialise.
14th May – Hydrate: Stay hydrated, get your water intake up, and consume your 8 glasses today.
15th May – TED Talk: Try listening to a couple of TED Talks and implement something you have learned from your favourite one.
16th May – Vocabulary: Learn one new word and use it in a sentence today.
17th May – Stretch: Spend 10 minutes stretching this morning.
18th May – Letter: Write your future self a letter, you select when you would like to open this 1, 2, 5 or 10 years time. Document how you imagine your life to be where will you live, with who, will you have children? Don’t skip the details, open the letter in whatever year you stipulate, and see how your life compares to what you documented.
19th May – Meditate: Spend 5 minutes in the morning clearing your mind and bringing yourself clarity.
20th May – Listen: Practise active listening.
21st May – Vision Board: Spend some time creating yourself a mood-board ensure you have everything you could possibly want on there, and look at it daily.
22nd May – Letter: Write a letter to someone who inspires you friend or family and make sure you share it with them.
23rd May – Language: Spend 15 minutes learning and practising a new language.
24th May – Documentary: Find a documentary on a topic of interest to you, watch it and relax.
25th May – Declutter: Spend 15 minutes clearing a cluttered area in your home.
26th May – Motivation: Spend some time figuring out what motivates you, document it and use it to your advantage.
27th May – Hobby: Find and practise a new hobby.
28th May – Reflect: Reflect on how this month has gone so far what has gone well and what you need to work on and improve.
29th May – Goals: Document and list what it is you’re trying to accomplish next month.
30th May – Plan: What actions you need to take to achieve the above noted goals.
31st May – Celebrate: Celebrate your wins and triumphs this month acknowledge all that you have worked for and accomplished.
